I really enjoy this chat app and have been using it for over a year. I can even use it from my phone and chat with customers. Great interface and good options. I've used the basic free service but upgraded to the paid version because a promo was running. Extra features 4 paid version included file attachment with in chat, multiple chats at once, multiple triggers. I definitely would recommend this chat app.
I've been able to secure so many more orders as customers have chatted through their hesitations, received answers and ended up happy with their order!
This app has worked well so far. I never realized how many B2B customers would use chat, but we've already had several sales come from initial contact on the chat app! 5 stars!

We love the product. It is great that our customers can get a hold of us when they have questions. We have found that by answering our customers questions we have increased our sales and have found that our customers are customers for life. The only thing I would like to see is if there is a way to make the actual box that shows up on our store page smaller. Customers know they can click on it to get a hold of us but it does not need to be so big. Maybe there is a way to do it and I just have not figured it out.
I also love the analytics I can get from the program. It gives me a lot of data that helps in providing better service to my customers.
I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get to know your customers better.
