The setup process is such a painstaking one. There is no proper customer support, just on whatsapp. Looks like it's run by just 2 people. No customer support team to hop on to a call to understand the issue. The emirates ID doesn't get scanned properly via app. This is just a pretty looking app with 0 substance! Stay away, wasted 4 days on setting this up while website says 5 min easy setup.

Might edit the review if the support team promptly resolves the issue. If not you would know that they never addressed this issue with us.

Ziina's integration for Shopify has been so helpful in scaling up my business. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but it has exceeded my expectations. Setting up takes little time, thanks to its user-friendly interface and very localized customer service. But the real magic happened when I saw a significant boost in sales. Would recommend it to all UAE-based entrepreneurs!
