Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards

Helps with customer loyalty, tracking, and return rates. A solid add to our company. Set up and integration was easy.

Obviously checked out other Loyalty Program apps but, for a small business with less than a thousand loyalty members and combined with all the various ways to earn points this made Zinrelo the best choice. If, like me, you are new to loyalty programs it can take a while to get your head around how the scheme will work for you but, since installing the app it has worked well. The widgets are easyish to customise but if you want to integrate into your site pages a knowledge of coding would be helpful. I've only had a couple of times where I needed to reach out to support and have found their response time to be excellent and are very helpful in fixing any issues and Yahya very kindly helped me out with the coding and integration. Fantastic all-round and well deserving of five stars.

We were keyed onto these guys through the UPS Tech program. Overall it's worked well and our customers have liked getting the rewards points. It's bee a good way to get our customers to share our products with their friends.

I am very impressed with this APP. I have tried everything in the app store for Loyalty and this is by far the most stable & easy to setup app. Works like a dream in testing the company is very hands-on with customer support, very impressed so far as they have a real Free plan that will allow my company to grow and I will happily sign up for a paid program. I look forward to seeing how my customer base reacts to this Loyalty Program, I think its a real winner.

We just started a new apparel business and after much research we decided to goo with ZINRELO as our partner to manage our loyalty/rewards program. The App is really easy to install, it rewards for the right activities that can generate significant ROI to our business and the points are really easy to redeem.

One of the features that made us decide to go with ZINRELO is that they have all the long term solutions for our long term growth. So right now we started with the basics, but as we grow sales and beef up our plan, they will be ready to support us. Furthermore, as a Start Up it helps that this App is FREE, that frees out capital for our long term growth.

Installed the app last week and have been busy with setting up. Of course some work but it is pretty easy and the support from Yahya is great. The app works smooth so now it is up to our activity to get the members in! Launched today, still need to do some email work but it looks cool!

Great app. Have this app since a year. Everything is customable and support is great and fast. You can customize this app easily and translate everything in your language.

This is a fantastic loyalty program, but the customer service is even better. If you don't understand..don't almost give up like I did because the App support is fantastic. You won't be disappointed with either!!!
