I use this to get all my data out of Shopify into Zoho books. It’s well executed and the support team is strong and responsive.

When it worked it was slow and lagged syncing orders so not useful for realtime updates.
But then it stopped working and hasn't synced orders for a few days which is obviously no good.
We are sorry that you had troubles, but we believe it is because you are on the trial account and not a paid plan as your store is not yet live.
This doesn't work for me. Really a bad experience.
