Product quality was sub par. Customer support even worse. I messaged the company about my concerns regarding chipped paint and the fact that they didn't bother cleaning the burs off the back of the item before painting and never received a response. Very dissatisfied. I just can't in good conscience offer these products in the current state. Maybe if they make the necessary changes in production and customer satisfaction I will return.
For those saying zonkraft product are made in the USA, they are in fact made in Turkey. This is not a problem for me at all, nor should it be for you. But if you are telling your customers that they are made in the USA, they are not.

However, we would like to clarify a few points. Our records show that we reached out to you multiple times regarding your concerns, yet we never received a response back. Additionally, you placed a single order with us, and there were no reported issues with that order. We always aim to resolve any potential problems, but it appears there was no request for a resolution.
Regarding the origin of our metal signs, Zonkraft is an American company, and we made the decision to move production to Turkey because we can produce and ship higher-quality metal signs much faster than in the U.S. We are fully transparent about our manufacturing process and take great pride in delivering excellent craftsmanship.
We also noticed that you used our app for only 24 days before leaving this review. While we respect all feedback, we strive for fairness and honesty in reviews, and we regret that your experience does not reflect the high level of service and quality we aim to provide.

I have emailed and sent messages on their site. NOTHING! i have been having a problem that account will not connect to store. just stopped work. NO HELP AT ALL it has been a month now
