We're disappointed with the customer support as we were told that technical issues cannot be resolved through email. This application does not provide an easy setup process; especially for stores that use a Page Builder for their product pages. Too expensive.

I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience with our customer support! There has been a misunderstanding since technical issues are resolved over email but with a different address tech@robosize.com
We have reached out with instructions on how to use Page Builders and we will be adding a help article for it in our help section.
