Tracy provided excellent customer service. This just turned out not to be that app I was in the market for (Omega Messenger Chat was; however, it appears to have been rendered useless by a recent FB update). What I need is a minimalist on-site chat interface so that customers can interact with chat support without navigating away from my site. This app leads traffic away from my online store, and that is no good for my business.
