Your website will crash when you uninstall its code from the template, it is not recommended........and It's very slow

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. When we received the 1 star review, we checked the store and noticed that our app was working correctly on the store's 404 page. The app was also loading quickly.
We checked our emails and didnt see any issue reported by the store (SILKSILKY). I want to check, was the support informed of the issue? We are available via chat and emails and we reply to issues within minutes.
I notice the app is now uninstalled. I would like to request you to please install the app back and reply to our email so we can immediately check the issue and resolve it. We want to make sure all our customers are completely satisfied and happy.
I want to assure you that our app words perfectly as you can see form our other 29 5 star reviews from happy customers. Please give us one opportunity to check and resolve the issue.

This APP works well and Team Zooomy has been very responsive to our questions and enhancement requests. This is a good solution to the 404 page not found error.
I wasn't able to set the App up (due to an emoji , I later found out), and they did it for me in a little over an hour after reaching out to the customer service! Very happy with the app itself, it does what I was looking for :)

I downloaded this app and it's great! Easy to use and edit to make it personalized. I experienced some issues with installing it on my website. The Developer was quick to respond and take care of my issues. I highly recommend Zoomy's 404 Custom Page. You will love it like I do
This app is such a great idea! To be able to turn a 404 page into a unique marketing tool is a great asset for our website. We asked if a couple of other simple features could be added to the already "customizable" app and the staff at Zooomy was willing and eager to be accommodating. Made my day!

User friendly app! This 404 page is totally necessary if you use pinterest and don't want to lose that click traffic. Highly recommend!
I am in love with this app.. looks professional, it won't make a customer feel like they landed on nothing. When a customer clicks a product & it lands on a 404 page, you can still keep shopping or other products. Not just a dead page. Thanks you guys!
Once I started editing and adding my own graphics, the app was super easy to use. I ended up getting help from the team (right away) when I had a question regarding getting it to install on my theme. They helped me get everything the way I wanted it! I definitely recommend this app - it makes that ugly 404 page look so much better and you can add your branding with the images and Text!

Easy to install! Great value!! Redirect traffic back to live product rather than just allowing them to bounce from your website when they get a 404 page. Love it!
Absolutely amazing! Super easy to set up and customize! My 404 page was up and running in less than 10 minutes, and I LOVE that customers will not feel like they've just reached an empty page and click out!
This is a great tool at a great price point. No e-commerce site should be without a way to have your 404s redirected!!! And the customer service is fantastic.
