Accessibility Spark ADA & WCAG

I appreciate that this has multiple language options and compatibility. I have a lot of international customers so this is a huge plus that competitors don't really have.

Used this app as I had some customers that inquired about accessibility (limited vision, or just older folks). I tried a few other apps but they didn't really have as many options or features as this one. It's a bit more expensive than the alternatives but you get what you pay for. The app itself was basically plug and play but when I did reach out to the dev team they were responsive and very helpful.

Tried this out as a novelty and ended up loving it. I've received some favorable comments from my customers as well.

Wish I could give 10 / 5 for the amazing support. Implementation is actually pretty straightforward, but I was experimenting with different languages (huge plus) and ran into some issues. Turns out it was a buggy theme, but the Accessibility team walked me through it. I was worried it would be intrusive to my regular customers, but App itself is very subtle unless you're looking for it.

Great to use, easy to set up, and one of the best designed apps I think on the Shopify app store right now.

I am glad i found this app to protect me from potential lawsuits. I heard from my other shopify business friends that they received lawsuits related to ADA accessibility because thee website was not screen reader compatible. much cheaper than hiring a developer or agency to make all the changes.

Used this app at the recommendation from a lawyer as I am an online seller selling in the US. Easy to use and fits all the ADA and WCAG requirements for online sellers with just a few clicks. Really helpful dev team when they answered some questions before I started the trial.

Would love if an analytics feature can be added so we can track conversions attributable to customers that used the widget.

The app was very easy to install. But more importantly, the customer support has been great because James has given us lots of great information which is important since we have been served. All I can say, if your site is not accessible, there are trolls out there searching for Shopify sites. I do wish Shopify would do more to protect the store owners

This app is absolutely phenomenal for providing ADA and WCAG standards. After talking to one of the developers and integrating it we were totally sold on offering the best to all our customers no matter their disability. We are proud to be one of the first in the pet industry to fully support meet the ADA guidelines for a website. Thanks Accessibility Spark for making such an incredibly well thought out app!
