UPDATE: After the original 1-star review was posted (see below), the team did reach out to me and really took care of everything super quickly and with white-glove service. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app.

Was super excited based on all of the really great reviews, but this has been the worst app experience we've ever had.
