I recommend a 1000%. This app unlocked a whole part of our workflow with the product swap feature, which we had to commit a lot of time and money to, if we had to do it on our own, because of the new Shopify policy. I also wanted to thank the dev team, which is very reactive in assisting us. They even created a feature for us in under 2 weeks.
The devs are great and very responsive to requests for support. I can see this app saving us a ton of money through shipping and making us more through allowing post purchase upsells
The Account Editor app is a must have. It gives customers the ability to manage their orders and allows for post-purchase upsells and changes like no other app we've found to date. If you are looking to improve your customer experience and engagement and also increase your AOV, this app is the way to go.
