The devs are great and very responsive to requests for support. I can see this app saving us a ton of money through shipping and making us more through allowing post purchase upsells

This app unlocked a whole part of our workflow with the product swap feature, which we had to commit a lot of time and money to, if we had to do it on our own, because of the new Shopify policy. I also wanted to thank the dev team, which is very reactive in assisting us. They even created a feature for us in under 2 weeks.
