TOP app, really useful. The support has been outstanding, they helped us very quickly and implemented an important customization for us in no time. It’s rare to find a team this responsive and efficient. The app does exactly what it’s supposed to do, without unnecessary complexity. Highly recommended.
We've been using Account Editor since they were just starting out, the app has always worked well and they are continually improving the features. The address edits, order cancellations and order edit features have saved us a lot of time and are well worth the price. In the very rare instances where we've had issues with the app, the support team has been responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this app, not only for the features they offer, but also because the team running the app is great.

The devs are great and very responsive to requests for support. I can see this app saving us a ton of money through shipping and making us more through allowing post purchase upsells
I recommend a 1000%. This app unlocked a whole part of our workflow with the product swap feature, which we had to commit a lot of time and money to, if we had to do it on our own, because of the new Shopify policy. I also wanted to thank the dev team, which is very reactive in assisting us. They even created a feature for us in under 2 weeks.
