Terrible. It works from time to time. Never works for a large number of orders.

Major problems with this app. Output to PDF is hit or miss. Some addresses print. Some do not. Poor, non-responsive customer service. If you have any alternative to using this app, I highly recommend you try something else.

It's only good when this actually works. When trying to create new labels, it gets stuck 'processing'.

We've recently updated the app. It no longer gets stuck on processing. The labels are generated in the browser now, instead of on the app's servers. It's much faster, and a lot more dependable now.

Its good once it prints. My biggest problem has been once you hit "create labels" it just becomes stuck on "processing". It just adds another step, you have to then log out of the app, come back into the app and your documents will be ready to print. The app will be great once the bugs ironed out.

I have used the app for a couple of months and it saves me heaps of time and makes my addressing seem very professional. Unfortunately it doesn't work a lot and gets stuck "processing". support couldn't help

You just saved me a LOT of time. Yes it's true, I had to click the button a bunch of times. I think it's sending too much data at once and your server dies. I tried sending 100 orders, had to bring it down to 50. No big deal. Clicked the button a bunch. It took FIVE MINUTES for something otherwise that would take me hours to setup. $5 bucks a month I won't miss. Congrats on software dude. FIX YOUR BUGS THO :)

Was working fairly well at the start, but now is stuck "Processing" and won't create the labels. Hard to justify paying a monthly fee on a product that isn't fully working.

The "stuck on processing" issue has been resolved since this review was written. We've made improvements on the way the labels are generated. They're no longer created on the app's server, they're generated by the browser now, so it's a lot faster, and very reliable.

My label type is not supported by the app, and its a very modern. I have a Brother QL-1110NWB and the associated label is a Brother DK-11247. I have attempted to build a custom label, but it's like trying to launch a rocket into space - its very complicated and I don't code. Apps are designed to make life easier for the layman, not harder. Also the text is way too small on the demo I have played with and I have no idea how to increase the size. Help please??

Thank you for your feedback. Adding custom label sizes can be a little tricky, but we're always here to help. Just send us the model of the labels you're using, and we can add them for you. We can also customize the Liquid templates for you free of charge on request.
