Love it when it works...which is VERY hit or miss. Gets stuck on "processing" about 50% of the time & says it will notify me when the batch is ready. Fat chance of that. Have yet to receive a notification & batches are either ready to print immediately or never. Have emailed "support" twice in 3 days and got only an automated response that my message was received. Totally worth the monthly fee IF it were to be reliable. Until then, moving on to something reliable - I can't get caught having to hand write or mess with a mail merge when I'm slammed with orders & am relying on a paid app to do its job.

It works well, when it works. But that's the problem. Half the time it doesn't process labels. Please fix! It's so annoying.

We had an issue printing - we emailed the developer and he responded within 12 hours. It turned out to be an issue with the browser I was using. We emailed back and forth for less than 30 minutes and he figured it out. He was very responsive and is going to look into the issue with browser. I only wish they would sell code for one-time fee instead of monthly fee, although it is very reasonable. I would recommend to others.

This does nothing that the printer software already does. It is not seamless and requires to many steps and takes too long.

This app only worked 40% of the time. When the app did work it worked well but when trying to process labels they got stuck on the “Processing” step and never finish.

No support for labels that are not in USA Imperial. No support for Asian languages.
Totally useless except for USA-centric organizations I guess.

This app is amazing. I wasn't sure at first whether I would like it or not, but as I have always highly disliked creating address labels using certain word processors I thought I would give this app a try. I have been greatly impressed and will never go back to the forever copy/pasting each address. Trying to make it look just right and the process taking a lot longer then I planned. I give this a 5 and would definitely recommend it.

In the end this is low price, and it's a huge time saver. Will save me perhaps four hours a month - well worth the few dollars.And it's saved me fiddling in writing labels by hand or exporting and doing a mail merge. It does what it is supposed to don straight from the browser. And does it well. Love your work.

Fabby little app!! Super communication from the developer too! highly recommended!

I like it but I wish it would have an option to mark the printed label's orders as fulfilled. Otherwise I have to go and manually fulfill orders for which I printed a label.
