Merchants highly recommend this app for boosting traffic and sales, noting its user-friendly interface and effectiveness even for those not tech-savvy. The free plan allows testing without financial commitment, and it supports various ad types across multiple platforms. The dashboard is customizable, though some issues with AI prioritization exist. Customer support is responsive and helpful in resolving issues, contributing to positive early results.

looks like a scam, all reviews 4 star and 5 star don’t highlight the traffic at all and seem fake, every review lower than 3 stars highlights bot traffic and numbers not adding up, theoretically it makes no sense to get the promised results without near 100% bot traffic, if a brand is using the free plan they likely already get no - little traffic to their shop anyways, and if a shop DOES get traffic they will likely be able to spare only 29.99 for the plan that allows them to advertise on other shops without advertising on theirs, meaning the reality is the traffic from this app is ALL from free plan users, whom are likely getting no traffic anyways. Though I don’t doubt there is real traffic, use at your own risk.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We'd like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and transparency. From our records, your store installed the app but did not activate the ad exchange or run any campaigns, so the app wasn't actually used yet. We completely understand skepticism, but it's difficult to evaluate results or traffic quality without giving the system a chance to operate.
Regarding traffic sources: Adeagle traffic does not come only from other Shopify stores or free-plan users. Our campaigns are distributed across multiple verified channels, including:
- Product placements in partner stores
- Algorithmically selected external websites such as niche blogs, portals, and expert content sites
- Relevant online communities and thematic forums
- Mobile apps used for shopping, research, and entertainment
This is where potential customers naturally spend time, and traffic is continuously monitored for quality. Our users receive real traffic from these sources.
As for reviews: Adeagle has been on the Shopify App Store for several years. Shopify automatically archives older reviews, which can be viewed by clicking "Show archived reviews" at the last page of the review section. This often gives a more complete picture of long-term user experiences.
We're always happy to help new users set things up correctly, explain how the system works, and make sure expectations are aligned before judging results. If you'd like to actually try the app with a live campaign, our support team would be glad to assist.
We're a small, independent team and we take feedback seriously - especially when it's based on real usage.
They resolved my problem and worked hard to fix it, a team you can trust.
Looks bad and sketchy / spammy. Doesn't save any edits to title or color and constantly crashes
We're really sorry to hear about your experience and that you ran into these issues while trying out our app. Our support team has already reached out to you by email to offer direct help with configuring the banners on your website. We'd be very happy to walk you through the setup step by step and make sure everything works exactly as expected.
Sometimes, small issues like edits not saving or temporary crashes can occur due to browser cache or theme conflicts, but we can quickly fix those once we take a look together.
We genuinely care about helping every merchant succeed, so please don't hesitate to reply to our email — we'll gladly assist you and make sure your campaigns run smoothly.

good so far.. I ll be back later with a full review.
Great app. Thanks for sharing.
Easy installation! We're trying the free version for now.

Numbers doesnt ad up!
I am getting some very strange numbers.
According to Adeagle, I get some visitors, but they never show up in the stats from Shopify.
e.g. today Adeagle says I had 14 impressions and 25 clicks. But in reality I only had 4 visitors today and 2 of them are from Adeagle.
On top of that, both those 2 visits are from USA and I do not have USA as target country.
I have reach out to their support, but get no answers.
Guess I am paying $29.99 for nothing.
Finally got an answer from their support. Unfortunately, it was kind of a standard answer, that did not address the issue. It was just a long winded explanation, saying that "dont trust the numbers in Shopify"
Update...
Their support are now looking into it.
Hi Jakob,
Thank you for your review and for openly sharing your experience - we truly appreciate the feedback.
We've been in direct contact with you over email and have been actively investigating the issue you reported. It turns out that one of our ad network partners had some temporary technical problems, which caused inconsistencies in how traffic was tracked. On top of that, part of the issue was also due to the ad network running internal checks on the campaign. This included automatic systems clicking the banners to inspect how your product pages load and look - a standard procedure used to ensure quality and functionality. These checks were unfortunately counted as clicks on our side, but didn't show up in Shopify Analytics since Shopify filters out this kind of non-customer traffic. That's completely understandable on their part, and we should've filtered those clicks out as well. That was a mistake on our side, and we're already making improvements to avoid reporting this kind of traffic in the future.
As for the general difference between our numbers and Shopify's: a single person can click several products in your ad, which may show as multiple clicks in Adeagle, but still appear as one visit in Shopify, as this is the same session of a particular user. This is expected behavior, though we're always happy to explain the differences and improve how we display data.
We also want to clarify that we never said "don't trust the numbers in Shopify." Our goal was simply to explain the tracking differences and offer help understanding them.
We completely understand your frustration and have already offered a full refund. Thanks again for working with us on this, and if you decide to give Adeagle another try in the future, we'd be more than happy to have you back.

Very easy to navigate and set my campaign ad, Now I wait while observing how well Adeagle will drive my target audience to my website and growing my brand.
"Zero to power N Stars"-Worst. Unacceptable, Unethical and Unprofessional
I subscribed Professional Plan for my store chefio.co. Its 1 month and only 37000 impression against claimed 70000. This is a open scam and cheating customers. Unacceptable, Unethical and Unprofessional . Very very bad practise. Worst decision to use this service. Stay away from this service.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and we apologise for any confusion or frustration you've experienced. However, I believe there has been some misunderstanding. If you checked the data on your Dashboard, then as the default option it only shows the impression count for the last 2 weeks. After checking the number of impressions for the period of 12.12.2023 - 9.01.2024 (27 days), I can confirm that your account received 62,881 impressions in this period. This is inline with your impression pool of 70,000 and you should achieve it in 30 days of using the subscription. Hope this clarifies but please reach out to our support if you have any other questions.
