I've been using the app since April. I enjoyed using the app and was seeing an average ROAS of 300-800% depending on the ad and then it all just stopped. I do everything as directed by the app and have reached out to the team for help any time I run in to issues but it seems like the AI only serves up until a point and then it's just charging you tons of money to do the same things that Google does. Very disappointed as I'm losing an average of around £200 a week from underperforming ads and this app is not cheap enough for that to be worth it. So use it for a few months if you need to then back to the drawing board

One of the best apps I've used. Was a bit difficult to get my head around some of the features at first, but Nicole and the team are excellent at support and advice. I would recommend doing the scheduled call with them so you can get the most out of the app.

I HATE it when people write reviews before they have actually used an app. (Hello folks! It's totally not helpful when you do that!)

So, after 6 weeks of using Adscale at this point, I can truly say that this app and the people behind it are incredible. The app itself works well and is already making me $, and I feel like I'm just getting started in terms of understanding all it can do and getting things optimized.

Also, the customer service/support with Adscale has been exceptional. (And I don't hand out compliments like that unless they are earned.) When I first signed up for Adscale, I was contacted within a few hours with offers of help to get set up. I want to give a special shout out to Nicole, who has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful as she has answered all my questions and helped me get everything dialed in.

I've had my store on Shopify for over 10 years now, and I have never before used an app that has actually done what it promised to do, was affordable, and had amazing support all in one place. I expect to have a long and wonderful relationship with Adscale. <3
