Although this has been a great app in the past — the support has gone downhill recently. Not sure why or what's happened. Our most recent support request took 8 days before we got an email response. The problem still seems to persist. All the collections set up with Advanced Collections have the SYNC button greyed out — has been like that for days. They are supposedly queued for syncing. This app is now running really slow - taking over a week for some collections to sync and no reply from support. A shame when it was previously a good app which worked well for us.
I have a total of 200 collections and waiting for 30 minutes the app is still in loop to sort existing collections. Naah dont work for me.

We have a large Shopify store and this app just takes ages and ages to even load. Waiting for an hour+ just for the app to load is obviously a deal breaker. We quickly uninstalled the app.
