Really awesome app! Definitely a great tool to organize descriptions and make the page look professional. And even better customer support. Shout out to Robert Klein for going above and beyond his duty to fix the issue I had at hand.

I haven't used the Advanced Product Descriptions app for very long, but so far so good. The support is fast and kind. Looking forward to using it more and seeing what it's capable of for my website.

No way to export data from this app. We have over 300 items and customer service told me that the way to export is to copy and paste into a Google Doc. The developers of this app have obviously never run an online store. The app works in all other respects, although the integration is a bit weird because you can't click a button inside the app to return to the Shopify product description. Had I known that these guys developed an app for product descriptions that didn't have export capability, I would have never signed up for this. Apparently, we've got a lot of copy/paste to do before we transfer all of our data over to another app.

I was surprised by their fast and efficient customer support! Answered me in 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend the app.

I was using a third-party theme from Shopify and had a bit of trouble getting it installed which is no fault of this application, BUT after contacting customer support, Robert was very quick and attentive to my needs and was able to resolve the issue and I love how it looks now!

The app is great, and is exactly what my client was looking for! When I ran into an issue I contacted the developers to help find a solution. Both Christian and Ziel were extremely helpful and VERY fast at replying. Would definitely recommend apps from App HQ for our future clients!

I have been trying to use the app but when I change the product description, it doesn't change on the website or my products Shopify tab. Tried to get support but didn't work either.
