Elegantsy Product labels

What an amazing app, it has helped us loads on both of our websites.
The IMG upload is a bit complicated, there's no real walkthrough for specific bits you want to modify, especially if you need it to be responsive.

I reached out to the support team and they adjusted all of what needed doing in no time at all.
Based on the CSS they left I was then able to see where and what they adjusted. Allowing me to make more adjustments for new banners, logos or whatever images I use.

Highly recommend.

This app is fab!.... when it works!
I was able to apply my custom labels immediately and they did exactly what I wanted them to do - a few teething issues when I added more products to the groups, sent a ticket and was given a (technical) solution.
App does what it needs to do, support is attentive. All OK!

Updates: Label size has been fixed on Mobile view. Thank you for the fast response. Come with templates and able to customise the font, sizes, and color for product label. It show the label size perfectly on Desktop view, but the label looks so big on the mobile screen (especially in cart view it has 50% cover the product picture and label is cropped).

To begin with, being a very beginner Shopify user, this app is very user friendly and the template options are very clean looking on your online store front and easily modified.

The highlight of this app however is the team!! The support team was absolutely incredible. Over 3 days they were extremely helpful/ responsive to me leading up to a sale I had on my site. They completely modified my CSS and fixed an issue in my theme for me when I felt at a complete loss! Thank you for all of your help and support!!

Can be buggy at times, labels tend to randomly not show unless you refresh the app, but overall a useful app.
