Seems to be a FANTASTIC app for people managing a large catalog with products varying greatly in weight! It takes time to dial everything in, but once you do, you're golden. I don't know how i would manage my store without ASM! The support is also great!

ASM has been the only app I've found that provides us with exactly what we needed. Our products ship in multiple, heavy, and large packages, which proved to be difficult to charge our customers for shipping correctly on the website. Support is very quick and responsive when needed. Highly recommend this app if you want to have more control over your shipping charges to your customers.

We launched a new ecommerce site and implemented Advanced Shipping Manager for our rate calculator. ASM is a great tool to apply all the intricacies of a complex shipping operation. We are able to provide accurate shipping quotes to our customers on our new site. Our rep Burt has done an amazing job at handling any/all questions we have had during setup and the ongoing process. Support from this team is superb!

The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days. Advance Shipping Manager works great. Been used for several years, ASM team always response to our questions promptly and take care of it. Highly recommended.
This app is amazing. We started utilizing this app specifically to block certain zipcodes from purchasing specific SKU's and it works like a charm. We've had a few hiccups when setting up some rules, and Burt's support is top notch. He's fixed every issue within an hour to get us back on track.
My main product is sold by the square foot. Shipping it via UPS involves a large box to hold a tube with my product wrapped around it, and the weight for the box, the tube, plus the product (based on quantity). It's a complicated shipping calculation that needs the customer address and our linked UPS account. ASM handles this easily.
On top of that, the support, usually Burt, to help users configure such details is domestic US support with expert, friendly people. One of the very best plug in apps for our store.
