Still learning the ins and outs of this program but it's perfect for what we need!

Spoke with the owner Sam, to help get a subdomain set up for the new app. He was very responsive via the chat inside my Shopify dashboard. He helped me navigate DNS settings and was very friendly and understanding with my many questions. As a small business owner, we have to trust so many other people to make our business function properly, I'm really hoping that ReferrLy will be a solution that makes my job easier and not harder. Just signed up for a the free trial of the "Starter" package. With only a few minutes having installed the app, I had some questions and opened a chat window. They were offline and I received a notice that they would get back to me later.

To my surprise, 5 minutes later, I received a message from Sam offering to help. While we're waiting for some changes to be made by our domain provider, I'm quite happy with how quickly Sam responded, and how he was able to answer all of my questions.

I'll provide an updated review after we start using the app.
