Affiliatly has been an amazing platform for our business. A number of features have made it a great tool for us.
1. The integration process was super simple and took maybe 15 minutes at most.
2. The registration process for new affiliates is extremely streamlined. We are able to have affiliates sign contracts at sign up and also indicate their preferred payment method and desired code.
3. Affiliatly allows us to use our own branding making the portal look tailored specifically towards our brand.
4. Affiliatly offers tons of customization options such as tiered affiliate programs, tracking by code or link, and the option to change cookie duration.
5. The support staff has been top notch whenever we have encountered any issue. Response time is very fast. Affiliatly has been such a good program for us that we also use it for one of our other companies as well.

This app is frustrating and the help desk isn't very helpful.
Way overpriced compared to competitors, the platform is not friendly, very hard to use. Needs to manually create a code for every new affiliate. I don't recommend this app.

We'd like to remind you that we did explain which setting to enable so the affiliates could generate their desired codes on a ticket that was marked as viewed by you but never got your reply despite of following up with you two times.
We also find sad that the price seemed too high for you despite of being the only option in the market that offers all the features without any restriction on top of a 90 days trial.
So we want to assure you that if you ever reconsider giving our app another try we will gladly help you if you give us the opportunity.
