Great app. It was actually recommended to me by another affiliate app just because Affiliatly has advanced functions that a lot of other apps don't have. It's relatively easy to set up and if you are looking for something very specific, the support team is quick and helpful. Definitely recommend!

This app does everything we wanted to do and more! It's allowed us to run our affiliate program more easily PLUS we've been able to use it to track royalties and other custom partner programs. It's saved us hours of work each week, made things much easier for our affiliates, and to top it all off their support is incredible!

We are currently growing our affiliate program and HOLY SMOKES DO WE LOVE THIS. First off, it's really intuitive at first glance. Most of our affiliates totally get the platform and it's easy. After building out a landing page on our Shopify Shop with some FAQs, it really clicked for them. But the deeper you get with the product, you start to realize just how extremely customizable it is. Seriously, the UI may not look like Steve Jobs forced 20 teams to tears working on it, but the functionality is truly remarkable. Customize the email notifications, customize the tracking links, white label the domains, build out commission tiers, turn on two-tier, build coupon codes, and so on and so on and so on. But honestly? The reason why I wanted to write this review? It's because of the level of support. 24 hour or less turnaround time for any type of question and they're always super helpful. I could not get through this initial phase of the affiliate program without this awesome support team. SO THANK YOU, SUPPORT! <3 You all rock!

This app has everything anyone would need to run a good affiliate program... but the UI/UX is surprising. It's 2020. This app is missing valuable features like page previews when editing crucial things like registration pages. They need to do a better job at making things look more modern, sleek and updated, especially for the skeptical consumer.

I only have two affiliates so far, but both are driving traffic and sales. I was able to set this up in about an hour with a little research. I intend to promote this more to influencers, vloggers, and bloggers who need content. I don't sell high end / big commission stuff, but this app allows me to manage the affiliates that I need to pay. It is easy to set up, and offers standard-sized banners and URL code extensions to incorporate into posts and mentions. My affiliates seem to like it, too.

Affiliately is our single source for our partner program. It does everything we need and that robust and reliably. It is also great to see that the development continues. The integration with Zapier is perfect and helps us to connect some other business processes with the events in Affiliately. Great work!

I've been using this app to manage my affiliate program for 3 years -- the basic functionality is there. The one main feature that's lacking is payments. I have to pay my affiliates one at a time and I have 900 of them. Affiliatly doesn't integrate with PayPal as smoothly as I'd hoped. When you pay an affiliate, it takes TWO steps. Input the payment amount manually on the platform, then pay the amount through PayPal. This information doesn't populate manually. As a few others have said, if you can look past aesthetics and beautiful design, the app covers the necessities. Hoping for a re-design and updates - the app hasn't really changed in 3 years.

Where do I begin. This affiliate app is INCREDIBLE. Look, if you are the type of person that can't look past aesthetics then go elsewhere. However, if you run a SERIOUS business and want a serious affiliate app, Affiliatly is the way to go. THIS IS THE ONLY APP ON SHOPIFY TO ALLOW ROYALITIES! I have tried every single affiliate app on shopify. It took me about 2 days to go through all the functions of each individual affiliate app in the shopify marketplace.

With Affiliatly I am able to create products for a specific organization or partner and pay them a commission (percentage or fixed) on their specific product.

You have various ways to set commissions. By SKU, product, shop link, coupon code, and QR codes too!

You can exclude certain products or create unique commissions for different Affiliates. Maybe you want to pay an Affiliate that has 100,000 followers 20% and an affiliate that has 5,000 followers 10%, with Affiliatly you can do that!

If you have a high profit margin product and a low profit margin product, why would you want the same commission rate. With Affiliatly you can set specific amounts on specific products.

My best advice is to look through all the affiliate programs on shopify and make a decision that best fits you. At Shinefree, we only choose the best apps therefore, we chose Affiliatly.

My suggesttions for Affiliatly are; keep all of the functions of your app but work on the aesthetics. I feel that alot of people are missing out on your app because let's be honest, it's not the most eye pleasing affiliate program app on here. Keep all the functions but make it look more appealing and user friendly. Most people who start a shopify store are just small business owners with no website development experience. They are drawn to aesthetically pleasing apps and I think that's something Affiliatly should work on.

I have been using this app for more than 1 year for 2 different stores. And before this I used a different app, I can say so far this is the better app with the right features for marketplace / e-commerce / dropshipping store like mine.

I am running an art marketplace, and I'd say this is very useful for my artist members. You can manage your affiliates individually, even give the suitable incentives for them. And it's very easy to share as well via QR code, link, banner, and more.

This plugin is one of the least expensive, but most useful affiliate programs out there! Everything is incredibly simple without sacrificing much function.

The plugin support is on another level. If you need anything, they will do whatever they can to provide it.

If you're trying to decide which program to go for, this is the one.

I used this app to track my affiliate orders and sign up new affiliates and it is working pretty well for me.

This is a fantastic App. It's very user friendly and has helped to generate a high return customer rate for my shop. I love all the customization features and the ability to make a program specifically suited to my business needs.

I just installed Affiliatly in the past week or so. I am really happy with the customer service provided by Tsvetalin, and the customization that the app is able to provide.

I am pleased with Affiliatly. It is a great way to integrate affiliates in your marketplace. I do wish there was more visibility with affiliate networks, but I am keeping Affiliatly, as it is seamless and a great complement to my affiliate strategy.

Awful app. 25 emails I have sent today as app was having numerous issues with tracking and linking. Now it can't find my email in the system to log back in after having tech support resolve one of the many issues. Never again will tis app be seen on my Shopify store. Discount odes won't link, orders won't link, passwords constantly changing without my permission it's a rip off

I have only recently started using Affiliately and am really impressed with their app and customer support. It takes a while to figure out and get used to where everything is in the Admin dashboard, but their tutorials and excellent customer support make this a smooth process! They are always on hand to answer any questions and reply extremely fast on top of that. I highly recommend this App!

The customer service was unsurpassed to say the least! I needed hand holding the whole step of the way. I just couldn't wrap my head around some of it as I'm a creative and this is beyond what my scope of work is. I don't want to spend the money to pay someone to create my affiliate link and I am the type of person who wants to learn how to do it and understand it. Tsvetalin was fantastic in getting back to me on a timely manner. Always being patient with me and never making me feel like I was stupid for not understanding something. He or she always took the time to give me extended answers to help me understand something. Sometimes I tend to overcomplicate things because they are so simple. I would definitely recommend this app for another reason. I can set up gift cards as payment so the commission I am paying goes right back into my company. After creating the gift codes through my Shopify website I list them and they will be automatically sent out when my retailers meet their goals. Another company I was considering will allow me to issue credits but I have to manually keep track and send those out. I don't have time for that. Thank you Tsvetalin for all the help you gave me! I HIGHLY recommend this app and this company!

The support from the team is beyond impressive. Questions are always answered clearly and promptly. The system itself is excellent for beginners, it seems as if it will scale quite nicely as well once the time comes for my affiliate team to grow larger. Only downside in my opinion is it needs just a little more customization so your affiliates feel it is very legitimate. Tsvetalin is the one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with by the way, they certainly need a raise;)

A great app with all of the features I was looking for! Setup was extremely easy and I've received feedback that affiliates have found it to be simple to use and appreciate the features provided. I've had questions regarding possible future features and support (my issues, not the app) and all emails have been replied to very quickly and courteously. Definitely a 5-star product!

I dropped the competitor 'refersion' for this app. I like this business model better - the other companies goal is to get you to 'enterprise' then stick you with a higher monthly fee then they show on their app page.

I´ve just started to use this app and cannot say a lot still about tracking affiliates or sales, but just by setting it up I have to give it 5 stars, especially for the support from Tsvetalin! I had couple of questions/issue with customization and not only I got the response within minutes, but also the immediate solutions to both of my inquiries!

The app itself is very clean cut. It might not look as fancy as others and it took me a while to figure out how to set up everything, but its very flexible and functional - and that is what counts the most. The dashboards are clean and intuitive, I think our affiliates will appreciate that they can see clearly all the stats in one place.
Compared to other apps, I also appreciate a lot very fair and straightforward pricing plans, gives a lot of room to grow organically.

I´m looking forward to see it in action and I will give an update on it then!
