Affilitrak Affiliate Marketing

The app is super intuitive and easy to use. I'm able to create multiple programs for my sales reps and for affiliate marketing. My sales reps love being able to track the effectiveness of their social media efforts and see what lands versus just sharing our main URL.

After using two previous affiliate apps for my Shopify store and experiencing poor customer service, I decided to try a third time and installed Affilitrak. I must say that it was refreshing to not only get a more intuitive app, the customer service was stellar! I would recommend this company to everyone needing an effective affiliate app.

Super easy set up, unlike other Affilliate programs and I love the cost structure. It allows you to get up and running quickly, easily with no confustion. Also simply sets up in Shopify, no external platforms. The affilliate side is easy to use as well. Fawaz assisted with set up questions so everything was fast and easy. Highly recommended.

Affilitrak Affiliate has been working great for us so far. We’ve only been using the program for a couple of days, but setup has been straightforward and everything is working well. Customer service has been excellent—responsive, helpful, and quick to answer our questions. Very positive experience so far, and we’re looking forward to continuing to use the platform.

Affilitrak made setting up an affiliate program for my business quick and easy. Their team especially Mikhail was helpful throughout the entire setup process, and when I asked about a feature they did not currently offer, they were willing to submit a request to see if it could be added. Great customer service and a very smooth experience overall.

The app is user friendly, but some field headers were not easily understood.

Suggestions I have are to:
Add an explanation for certain header fields that may be confusing to users.
Differentiate between fields that must be completed, as opposed to those that are optional.

The customer service from Mikhail and Fawaz has been top quality. They are responsive, know the app and provide solutions. Plus the app itself has been easy to work with. It allows for a lot of customization and If it doesn't have it, a simple request to their development team creates the feature very quickly. Their team and product deserves 5 stars!!!

Mikhail was great in answering all my questions when installing the app. Pretty simple to use and it now helps me track sales. Automatic payouts are a great bonus
