I am using NA Age Verification on 3 of my winery sites and they just work great all the time. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and very low maintenance. The support has been awesome as well. The one issue I have had the last few years was actually because of the code on our site and Chris quickly took a look, found the issue, and put in a fix for us. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
The app works well, and the support team was excellent. I needed help customizing the age verification flow on my Shopify site so that visitors who select “No” are redirected instead of being stuck on the popup. Their team helped get that set up, and it made the experience much cleaner.
Really appreciate the quick support and the willingness to help with a specific setup. Great app for anyone who needs age verification on their store.

This is an awesome, all in one option for Age Verification on your Shopify Store!
Chris was a massive help in assisting us with all of our needs; he even went as far as increasing the File Upload size for ID Photos when our Customers ran into some upload discrepancies.
We would definitely recommend this app to businesses of all kinds / sizes especially with Chris being so proactive, quick, & attentive to his Clients needs.

Does not work for customers that are using apple devices, and recently has stopped working for customers using desktop with firefox. It used to meet our needs but now is costing us sales and customer frustration.
We brought this issue up to the developers but no actions were taken.
We will be replacing it with another app as the quality of this app is no longer what it used to be.
The app does work for apple devices, and it works for firefox. The person posting this review did bring up the issue with support but I think it is dishonest to write that no action was taken.
Our technician checked the store and found that another system installed on their store, Chatra, was causing NA Age Verification to not work correctly. When support told the merchant about this they left this review.
So this issue only applies if you are using Chatra.
This is hands down the best app out there right now! It works flawlessly, adds amazing value, and makes my website look ultra professional. The customer service is top-notch — truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this app to anyone! It gives my customers peace of mind in the safest way possible with tons of helpful options. A++
This app is very simple to use and does what it says. The pop up option is fully customisable with your branding, and I then switched to using the age verification at checkout. Very easy and Chris is super helpful.
