A beginner team released a few apps and their support is not even HTML literate
I first installed their Boostify: Page Speed Optimizer program and because I was preparing the site and my site was not live yet, I paid for several months and when I tried to go live and optimize the site, I could not see it. They work at all - their support only said every few days that we are following up and I finally removed it.
The second program of this company is Age Verification Popup SB.
This program loads the logo from an external URL when uploading, and I don't know why, but it seriously affects Google's page speed ranking - I reported it to them and also requested that this popup be Remove if possible. Do not display for Google bots. (They agreed to do my job in exchange for my 5 star rating)
After a week and dozens of emails, their changes didn't work and I gave up on my request and told them to meet the minimum standard and upload the logo photo from my address.
A job that took less than 10 minutes - I spent over 2 hours answering their initial emails and questions and finally giving them the exact code they needed for the replacement.
While working my site got a popup error and I had to uninstall the app to fix the error. They emailed me again to install the app, the problem was solved, and after the install, the problem was still there, and to make matters worse, my google speed performance score dropped from 71 to 47.
I sent them the screenshot and decided to delete the program altogether because these friends are far from the minimum standards.

Regarding the second program, we initially provided support upon your request. We requested temporary store access to thoroughly investigate and address the issue, but unfortunately, we did not receive it. As a result, our development team explored alternative solutions.
