Customer support is next level amazing. After struggling with an issue I thought was app related, the customer support staff quickly responded to my ticket and promptly took hands on action to find my issue (which was an error on my part and not related to the Alphalogic's app). They sent me a detailed description of what was wrong and how to fix it which i followed and fixed the issue instantly . Awesome customer support, highly recommend!

I have only been using the app for a few days but it was easy to understand and set up from the start. The customer support has been excellent-I requested a feature and the team at Alpha went above and beyond to help set up a feature on my website.

Just downloaded, but so far, this app is exactly what we were looking for!!
Shopify limits you to 100 customers per coupon code. Here we can add up to 15 tags per discount code. So as long as we tag the account, the customer's discount will work ( we sent them a code in their shipment)
