Firstly, the trial period does not offer sufficient time for users with busy schedules to fully explore the platform’s features. Coupled with the fact that the platform does not offer enough functionality to justify even the minimal $2 trial fee, this can create a negative impression. For some users, this structure may lead to concerns about transparency and, unfortunately, cause the service to appear less trustworthy.

Moreover, the payment system presents a significant issue. It is problematic that users are unable to remove a payment method without replacing it with another. This setup, combined with the difficulty in deleting accounts, creates a feeling of being locked into the service, and may result in unintended charges. This complexity can further add to customer frustration and erode confidence in the platform.
