I use this app to import products to my Shopify store and it works perfectly. The support system is fast and prompt. I especially like the assistance from Rajendra who helped me fix the chrome extension when it disabled itself for some reason. Thank you very much Rajendra! :)
The app is helpful, I had issue in invoicing yet I had unbelievable super valuable support from Anuradha, not sure she or he BUT, was so helpful with proper understanding of issues and immediate support. My issue solved in less than 10 min though I was trying with Shopify direct for 2 weeks. App support is great. Thanks again ANURADHA
I was having difficulties getting the sight to load, and was becoming very frustrated. Rabanni was amazing, and stayed with me to solve the problem, even had me share my screen and was patient with my lack of tech savviness for over an hour! Please use this app for your business.
