I tried all app in one month final I chose this master Good response from Master but need two improvement 1 duplicate product already exists 2 price update in sub product I mean shipping price +product price = profit.. Its Far better than others

Thanks for taking the time to leave us such great feedback!
1. For duplicate products, we strictly control the imported AliExpress product id. But AliExpress has the same product but the supplier and price are different. You are right, they look like duplicates before importing. But it also makes it easier for us to change suppliers.
2. The price of shipping is a separate request. You can enter the shipping fee from 0 to 0 through our Chrome extension to find free shipping products. Please contact our customer service, they will tell you how to use it with images.

I would be happy if the service was also available in Finnish in the future. The service is friendly and the screenshots are understandable.

Hello everyone, I'm here to express and to help Shopify stores owners avoid this APP at 1000 % if possible, from End of February I been dealing with lots of customers complaint and returns due to product damage which since to be not inspected from the team in this warehouses. also I'm still waiting for money to be refund to my account from the beginning of March because they did not Fulfill the orders also they are orders from beginning of march that they have created the shipping labels but the products does not move from the carriers due to all this circumstance I'm issuing customers credits and refund on a daily basis. I want to be fair and also let everyone know that I have selected DHL shipping to provide my customers a fast shipping & delivery and even I paid from my own money for this this people do not care and send my products with regular YunExpress for 8-15 days when I select 4-9 days. also I have many many pictures of products shoes missing shoelaces, product damage, wrong sizes wrong items, wrong colors an so on. I wish I can update the picture for evidence. also they owe me lots of money that need to be refund it but they just do not care and have not refund my money for orders from a month ago.

I am dissatisfied, the application does not work as it should. When I try to order, I get the error "order failed" and "address not verified by Aliexpress". Thank you for this integration. My problem is still there and I don't know how to get rid of it.

So far, my experience with Dropshipman has been pretty positive. At first, the fulfillment process was extremely confusing and I had to reach out to customer service nearly every day to figure it out, but once I got the hang of things, everything was great. I would advise DSM to improve their tutorial videos to help newer users, as I think what's available right now isn't very cohesive or detailed enough for people to successfully navigate the app on their own. As for product quality, I haven't received any negative complaints from customers thus far which is a good sign that the sourcing on this app is good. Honestly, the only reason why i give 4 stars and not 5 is that there was miscommunication between a customer service agent and I earlier on in my use of the app regarding how to fulfill orders. Basically, an agent misunderstood my question on how to fulfill an order through DSM and they instructed me to place an order through aliexpress instead. That ended up leading me to deal with a horrible aliexpress seller who wouldn't refund me, a dispute, chargeback, and a month delay in delivery for my customer. Besides that one experience however, every order i've actually placed through DSM has been smooth, so although I wish that experience never occurred, what's in the past is in the past. I would just advise new users to not follow instructions blindly like I did. Lastly, DSM's customer service is amazing. The agents have been very patient and kind helping me figure out any situation i've found myself in which I greatly appreciate and special thanks to Angel, Glydel, and Elly who have been very helpful in these past few weeks! Overall, I would recommend this app and look forward to fulfilling more orders through DSM :)
