Worst customer service for an app that I have experienced in all of my time on shopify. On average you wait at least a week for anything to be actioned, most my messages are either left on read, or take weeks to reply.
Reviews don't display properly, if you have a 4.5 star product, it will always show as 5 full stars and not 4 and 1/2 stars, so it looks dodgy having all 5 star products showing. ...
Easy to use, effective. Boosts customer reviews significantly, highly recommended.
