Our company is fairly new to using this app on our POS in stores. I had several questions about the functionality of this app, and Chirag went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions! He was very knowledgeable and patient as he trained me and my store. Was very impressed with the service we received and look forward to continuing to use AIOD.
They answered all of my questions promptly and were extremely informative. I couldn't figure out how to do the installation to my theme by myself so I just messaged their chat reps and immediately they got to work. It took a bit of time due to time zone differences, however my store is up and running with the fully installed app!!
Five stars is not enough for this app, for the team and CirkleStudio as whole! The support is beyond professional, experienced and caring. They really give nothing short of their best. Update: We're still using this app because of the flexibility of creating different kinds of discounts and their superior support. Swati was extremely helpful with getting our automatic discounts working and explained how to set it up in the future.

Great discount app with so many features -- in particular, BOGO and Bulk discount applied on POS! Definitely a game-changer.
I had an issue with the discounts not applying on the POS, but I jumped on their Live Chat and Chirag chatted with me right away. He helped troubleshoot the automatic discounts plus the custom coupon I created, and within a few minutes, we got both working on POS.

This is a great app and a better service. When you have a question they always react within a second and really help you with all questions. Discount offers are easy to make and the price is very reasonable, especially because you get perfect service. Very happy with this app and company.
