Very helpful and responsive customer support

We have just installed this app and could not be happier with the results. We did have to contact the support to make sure it was working because the installation was that easy we were not sure it worked. Support was online within seconds and double checked everything for us. They were quick and very knowledgeable. I think this was a great decision. UPDATE- I have been working with AIOD for several months now and everything works perfectly. Support is quick and attentive. I would still highly recommend this app.

I wasn’t very familiar with it at first and couldn’t figure out the issue, but after contacting customer support, I received an immediate response. It didn’t affect my website’s promotional campaign at all, which made me feel very reassured. With other plugins I used before, communication could only be done through email, which was very inefficient. With the help of their support team, the discount setup worked smoothly.

Great tech support! I had problems adding a tiered discount based on a dynamic collection, contacted their tech support and they quickly resolved my problem (I configured my dynamic collection incorrectly). The app is powerful as it gives me many options to match the discounts to our business model.

Follow up - I had a problem where my developer caused a problem with this app, the AIOD team quickly fixed it for me. They're Wonderful!

Swati and Rakshit were a huge help. The team have been able to create discounts for products that are calculated separately for each line in the cart NOT by total amount of the product in the cart. I have spent a lot of time with other apps trying to achieve this and they have not been able to. I am very happy with this app and the customer support.

This app was amazing for us, selling in person at Farmers Markets. We used it for three months. Our products are seasonal and we have now come to the end of our 2024 Holiday POS selling season so have stopped the app for now. Thank you for the functionality and for helping us drive a higher ATV with our BOGOHalf discount. We love you!!

While this app may not be perfect, these guys are the most helpful and timely group I think I've ever worked with! They're so quick and will keep working at it until they fix whatever isn't working. And let's be honest, it's normally just user error... I highly recommend.
