Requires some workaround with setting up however the support staff are great! Swati was exceptional in supporting and assisting me through the setup and fixing of issues!

l installed this app 30 minutes ago and it is already set up and running, l am in no way experienced with this so l contacted app support and received a reply instantly, the app developer answered all of the queries l had and even helped configure the app to my theme settings, the app is working perfectly in my store and will definitely be installing this in my other stores! Great customer service and a fantastic app!

Great app and the support is excellent and very quick. I like the chat, can reach support very quickly. Only reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because the app doesnt display the discount percentage the customer is receiving in the cart. I have asked support to add this, they said it cannot be added. I am sure it can be added with some coding so not sure if they are not bothered to do this or not. If other apps have it, you should be able to do it as well. If this feature is added, definitely a 5 star rated app.

The customer support is amazing! Always available and willing to help. They are very fast and try to make sure you can have the app display the way that is best for your store. This is the only app I found that could perform all the different pricing discounts we needed (volume based + BOGO) AND allow customers to use Shopify discount codes. Very happy with this app.

Had planty of support requests, and one video bug diagnose session with aiod team. They are professionals and address the issues within resaonable period, willing to adjust and followup on the update. Live chat really helpful during emergencies. Overall a great support but hope for more future functional improvements.

Well what can I say, the support from these people is absoultly amazing. They went above and beyond to install the App on my site and to customise to my requirements with a bit of programming even giving helpful suggestions on the best way to show how to list offers suited to my business needs. Whilst I installed this as a trial, and has only been installed on my site for a few hours I can already say that with the outstanding support and them being able to install and customise to my requirements, I will be subscribing to a plan.

The app is brilliant and dynamic, it is able to stack all the offers I want to put on my website. I had a couple of problems getting it to work by myself but their customer service team are second to none! Every time I contacted them they were able to help. Everyone responded quickly - even when the chat app was offline. You always get to speak to a person and you don't have to go round in circles with a robot. The app plugs nicely into my Dawn theme and is really customisable. I would really recommend this app for any store. Loads of different levels and types of offers to choose from. Thank you AIOD.
