The customer service with this app is amazing! Not only were their responses fast, but also incredibly helpful! I was even asked to be put into a virtual meeting so that I could be shown step-by-step to find a solution to my problem. There were a few questions that I could not figure out the answer to, so the team was quick to help me with a solution. I was not sure how to complete one of the solutions, so they took it upon themselves to do it for me. Everything in the app was fairly easy to set up and very straight forward. I am really looking forward to the app offering a "free gift" code as well as a "free shipping" option.

He took the time to direct me step-by-step with the type of discounts I wanted to include on my website. He has also assisted me with other issues I had on my website. I also shared access through Shopify's collaborators for him to assist me with something I was unable to do myself in the code section. After my experience, I really trust this app and its customer service. I really appreciated his help and I would definitely recommend this app.
