Analyzify (GA4 & Ads Tracking)

The support team is exceptionally excellent. A contact person reliably and competently guides you through the setup, is always available and also provides further tips and assistance. Tracking via the app runs immediately, implementing platforms / sources is a breeze. Absolute recommendation.

The Analyzify team was great from the start, answering all of our questions and explaining the various setup options. In terms of the actual process, their communication was excellent throughout and everything went smoothly. So far, it looks like the setup was flawless. If you're looking for a comprehensive done-for-you GA4 setup for Shopify, look no further.

Good app, good support also. And the best thing is that they help our store install all the code (fix it also) to run the app correctly in our store. Best choice for any store that need google tracking and analytics.

Avoid Analyzify at all costs for production stores - unresponsive and do not follow up on agreements.

We started our cooperation on November last year, agreed to have the first version within a few weeks, certainly before Christmas. We paid licensing fees for six stores, despite all stores being on the identical codebase and running on one GTM setup with a mapping table.

While they have some capable people, good luck getting any time with them. Customer support is non existent – unreachable and impossible to plan a call with. Basic requests go unanswered for weeks. We've tried to agree timelines for completion many times without any success.

By April, after five long months, we got a first beta version running on production. Each delay was met with excuses, and we stayed friendly and cooperative for too long.

The final straw: a critical production bug that fails to track our order name reference. Despite countless tickets and emails, we've received zero responses for over a month.
This is unacceptable for an acute production issue. Analyzify is a disaster - be warned

Set up was easy. Team were quick to respond at all times. Tracking data and setup looks accurate. Will be working closely with the team for future developments.

The app container is much more advanced and complete than most guides out there, and the support team was super responsive and hands- on helpful with getting it coded fully into my theme and things switched over from UA, including assistance with customizations I’ve done to the theme. It’s the only implementation for GA4+Shopify so far that provides JavaScript code that Shopify doesn’t strip down when pasting into the checkout settings and saving - most use an async js gtm or GA4, or script elements that Shopify no longer allows. The full container will still be useful even if/when Shopify finally catches up with native GTM integration for all plans. The only downside is that the presenter in the videos makes me feel inadequate about my hair.

I am very satisfied with the service and the performance of the integration. I have implemented the solution for several of my shops - so I have more accurate data. They helped with everything - once again, I recommend!
