Webrex Announcement Bar made our store way easier to run! It was super simple to set up, no coding needed. We can show promo banners, countdown timers, and free shipping messages exactly how we want. It works smoothly on both desktop and mobile without slowing the site. Their support is fast and actually helpful. It helped us get more clicks and sales during promotions — we really recommend it!
The app is extremely responsive and works just as described. I wanted the "DAYS" section removed from my banner and was able to reach out to their help desk and receive help within minutes from laxmi. They were also able to troubleshoot a display issue on the product page specifically that didn't show on the other pages. Great app, great people!
This app is exactly what we were looking for to announce promotions and news to our customers, and to schedule those announcements instead of adding and removing manually. The few issues we had (regarding font and bar placement) were quickly and perfectly by the support team.
