Appointment Booking App Apntly

I needed help with an issue which was immediately resolved my the customer service agent. The experience was very professional and extremely helpful. The agent even went above and beyond by making some suggestions and making the changes as well. I am very happy with the service as well as the ease of using the app.

This app does exactly what we need. We had some small issues at the start, But Sam responded apt and changed some code on their end and it got solved in 15 minutes! The cool part is that all the goodies: asking questions, integrating into your Google calendar, having a Zoom appointment instead of a face-to-face one are priced at a very acceptable $9. For which other planning apps Like Cowlendar charge up to $29 a month! Which is crazy as our whole Shopify subscription costs that per month, as we are a small business. We had a thorough testing on all use cases and tried to break it. Especially the integration parts to Google and Zoom. And everything works. Even the unhappy flows. We did find a small improvement in the user interaction, which Sam found quite interesting. He is probably going to put it on the product roadmap for development. Where can you find such a responsive and open to feedback software supplier? It is rare. Definitely a recommendation this app!!!

Works great and the customer service is very helpful! I'm new to website design and have used their chat feature a dozen times already and had my problem resolved each time.

This is value for money! We offer classes and this app is the best one since it lets us add unlimited services. They have a super responsive nice customer service as well.

Some points for improvement and some nice to haves
- to have a widget button that we can place in various sites of the website readily available in the app (they were able to do this for me when i contacted support)
- look customization in the app is a bit lacking, you will have to contact support
- have a bulk upload for to add many services at once :)

In addition, I had a few questions about certain features and I reached out to their support team. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response and efficient resolution of my queries. They even went the extra mile and offered to change my theme color to better suit my preferences. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the app and the level of customer service I received. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a user-friendly and efficient experience.

This is an extremely efficient app to manage bookings, events, time slots, available capacities on team members etc. It's also very user friendly and easy to manage and maintain. This app really sets the edge for me as a professional engineer. Focus is extremely efficient and saves a lot of time and it's handled very effectively on this system. I used all the other similar apps and none of them can do what this can as far as I can see! Loving it guys, keep pushing the good work! this app is gold.
