This app works exceptionally well. There is a small learning curve but well worth the trouble. I was helped by Sam recently with an issue with a customers account and not only did he sort that out but noticed another issue unprompted and offered to fix that as well before sending me on my way.

Since the billing cycle issue was fixed everything has been pretty smooth operating. Customer service has always been helpful also, which is important!

I was initially overwhelmed setting up my membership program as there are quite a few moving parts between Shopify and Appstle. However, once I contacted support, Sam was absolutely outstanding. He patiently worked through every issue with me, identified configuration problems, fixed syncing issues from his end, and stayed with me until my membership checkout was working correctly.
The support team genuinely knows the product and doesn't give up until it's resolved. If you're creating memberships for the first time, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to their support team—they made what felt impossible become manageable.
