I was initially overwhelmed setting up my membership program as there are quite a few moving parts between Shopify and Appstle. However, once I contacted support, Sam was absolutely outstanding. He patiently worked through every issue with me, identified configuration problems, fixed syncing issues from his end, and stayed with me until my membership checkout was working correctly.
The support team genuinely knows the product and doesn't give up until it's resolved. If you're creating memberships for the first time, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to their support team—they made what felt impossible become manageable. It is easy to learn and easy to use! I have only had to contact their customer service once and they were quick to respond through chat and very helpful. I am still a very small business so I cannot speak for a business that says hundreds or thousands of members, but for me it has been great!

Selling digital documents through a membership program on Shopify isn't nearly as simple as it sounds. I always get good help when I ask for it. I also have really enjoyed the membership feature. It is great for us as a direct primary care clinic to have this integrated with our Shopify platform to have all our billing in one place.
