I was freaking out about membership stuff. Too many options, with not enough substance about what I need. I wanted things to be simple, but they weren't. Until I found Appstle. Not only was it fairly easy for me to figure out by poking around, but once I ran into a snag with the membership not showing up as a purchase option, Nancy was on top of it. The support was quick and helpful, and they fixed my problem nearly instantly. If this app continues to be this user friendly, easy, and accessible, then I can't imagine ever using anything else to manage my memberships. Great job everyone. And thanks again, Nancy, you Rock star!

So far so good! The team is honestly exceptional at helping with onboarding.

I had a specific need and I was able to get it met. The zero % and reasonable monthly price was a no-brainer..

I am mainly writing this review for the team tho. They are super fast and helpful..

Just got this app. So far, I'm very happy with it.
I had some hiccups setting it up.
Use the chat twice and got help right away. They even went out of their way to help me with the looks on my website.
I'm very satisfied with the technical support!!!

I am tech challenged, which is always taxing when I transition from one program to another. However, the Appstle Team took the time to explain things in detail to me, even to the point, to create videos and jump on a call so that I could create the best experience for my customer and enhance my overall store experience. They went above and beyond to create a sample membership template for me to reflect on to move forward confidently. Thank you, Appstle Team

This is just my second day using the Appstle membership app. The on-boarding experience was excellent with many in app support videos to assist me in creating my membership plans and customer portal.
When I needed technical support, Akhtar took the time to understand my issue and resolved it very quickly.

I will return to update this review after I have completed my 14-day trial. But so far, this is the best experience with a membership app I have had to date, and I have been testing a number of them over the past two week.

So far I am loving this app. Had a few questions and needed some help integrating and was able to receive support within minutes of contacting them. I wish they had the feature to make certain variants off limits to non-member but we found a workaround that is suitable. I've only had it for a day so far but it seems like the app is a great fit. Will update if anything changes.

Very helpful widget and app for membership options. Easy setup and use. Plus, their customer service is super-fast, Mann helped me with a small issue and had our new membership plan up and running in no time.

Exellent customer service. I would've given a 10 stars if possible! Helped me setup the membership perks and resolved the issue very quick.
