How we run sales and sitewide discounts

When you set up a sale, when the time's right we go through each product and adjust the price of every item by setting the new price and then the old price becomes the "Compare At" field in Shopify.

Customers will see your new sale prices without the need for any discount codes or extra steps for them to take to help increase conversion rates.

We help to keep your sales in profit*

If you have product costs set up known as "cost per item" in Shopify set. We'll use this information to make sure products are not discounted below the margin of profit you want.

Tell us the minimum margin you'd like products to be sold at a discount price for and we'll do the rest. This way, you won't offer 50% off a product that would then cost you money, rather than make you money when a customer buys it.

*Profits when running discounts are worked out my cost per item margin if set in Shopify. Product cost accuracy is the store owners responsibility.
