Shopify currently has some issues, please see https://shopstatus.shopifyapps.com/.
Can you please let me know what problem are you expecting? This most likely is related with the Shopify outage but this is not something we have any control over.

I can't reach my admin dashboard in any browser. I contacted them and was told that it would be fixed next month. Black Friday is right around the corner and I need to create different campaigns but I can't do it.
Consider this before you download it.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I believe there is a misunderstanding, the issue was resolved in a matter of days not months. It was a cookie issue on some browsers however the post-checkout functioned properly.
As the app requires different access scopes please update it and everything should be fine.
I don't believe this is an accurate review, you've used the app freely for over 16 months. It does not reflect the app quality or customer support in any way.
