Great App + Best support
Yes it takes some work in the initial set-up but it's been absolutely worth it for my store. Also, the Aris Support Team are excellent: never had to wait long for answers, help, advice... they've even looked into an issue I thought was coming from their App, they found it wasn't theirs but made suggestions on how to resolve it anyway.
This is a great app if you need to add lots of options to your products, and want them to look appealing. I have used them for colour swatches and charm options which show up really well.
Their customer service is superb too. I recently had a little glitch on my website with the app so I messaged their customer support and Anne from the Aris team responded immediately and within 1/2 an hour it was fixed by the development team.
I would highly recommend this app.
ARIS Product Options has been exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. The app makes it easy to offer personalized products without forcing customers through dozens of preset choices. I was able to create custom text fields for names, ranks, dates, and special messages, which is perfect for my business.
The interface is straightforward, it integrates well with my theme, and once configured it works reliably. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I had questions.
If you sell personalized or custom products on Shopify, I highly recommend giving ARIS Product Options a try. It's a solid app that does what it promises.
