Very good customer support
BE CAREFUL SCAM!!! Ark uses the API connexion to hack several of our stores in order to create fake positive reviews of their App. All their reviews are actually fake and made up from hacked Shopify Stores!
Hi, I am not sure what you mean by that. We are not able to place reviews on your shop using the API. That is not possible. We ask all our customers to leave a review through our chat support. Also, the app is completely free I am not sure how we scammed you. Did you have any issues using the app?
I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase their store's average order value. It helped to increase our AOV by a significant amount, around 13-16%. It's also very user-friendly and has quite possibly the best customer service support team. Just a great app all around!
This app is exactly what I was looking for and can't believe it is completely free!!. I ran into some minor issues/questions and despite it is a Free app, James support was outstanding!, he was extremely helpful and responsive!
Looking forward to see how my conversion rate improves now that is up and running :)
