Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

The app works well and has been easy to use for our needs. We’ve used it for a simple post-purchase survey to find out how customers heard about us, and it performed exactly as expected with no issues. Since we used it during a free promotional period, I can't speak much to the value for the money, but based on our experience so far, it seems like a solid tool for basic survey needs.

I tested lots of survey apps and this one takes the crown! Very easy to use, lots of customization options, great reports, and the support is just stellar! I asked for a feature I was missing and they added it the next day! Highly recommend.

I just recently installed the app to use the post-purchase survey feature. Overall it was easy enough to setup. I did have to contact support for a couple of questions, and they responded quickly to help fix the issues. Hopefully it works well going forward.

A great place to build a survey. I had some queries and got fast and useful feedback.

The only thing missing for me is a question where you can rank the answers, and this doesn't exist. The team are adding it to their backlog though, so it's great that they're taking the feedback. I can't complain!

Only app that does it all, enterprise grade app but consumer grade price. Can be installed on post-purchase without Shopify Plus.

It is very useful, but quite expensive.

Absolutely love this app! It does everything I could possibly want it to do, is fast and user friendly, customizable, and the support is friendly. There's no reason to use any other paid app out there.
