Really happy with At Last so far. The returns portal is straightforward for customers to use and gives them much better visibility over their return without needing to contact us for updates. From our side, everything is much easier to manage in one place and the reporting gives us a clear overview of returns and refunds. It’s made the whole process more organised and much less manual for our team.
At Last has made our returns process so much easier to manage. It’s reduced the amount of time our customer service team spends on returns and we’re getting fewer messages from customers asking for updates, as they can easily track the status of their return themselves. The reporting is really useful too and gives us much better visibility over what’s being returned and refunded. It’s taken a lot of the manual work out of the process and has been a great addition for us.
At Last has really helped make the returns process so much easier for our customers. They can now log on to a self serve returns portal to create their return and get their return postage there and then. No more of us having to manually create labels on Click & Drop and emailing it to the customer. It has relieved so much admin!
