At Last — Returns & Exchanges

At Last has really helped make the returns process so much easier for our customers. They can now log on to a self serve returns portal to create their return and get their return postage there and then. No more of us having to manually create labels on Click & Drop and emailing it to the customer. It has relieved so much admin!

Highly recommend the At Last portal - we've had a really great experience so far as a clothing brand with naturally high return rates. The setup process was super straightforward and easy to implement. Customer user experience is very intuitive - which helps reduce internal queries and, as a clothing brand the system and dashboard are both very easy to use. The At Last team have also been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful whenever we've needed assistance.

We have been using the "At Last" returns portal for 2 years - the developers are extremely responsive to client needs and keep adding excellent new features. The UI is easy to use from a customer perspective and the back-end simple and well laid-out when needing to amend settings. Great functionality, especially ability to offer store credit rather than a refund, and an improved dashboard for a useful operational snapshot of the returns in your business. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Through webhooks, we have also fully integrated At Last with our 3PL provider’s warehouse management system and our own ERP system. This integration has significantly improved processing times within the warehouse, reduced the number of fraudulent claims, and ensured a higher level of accuracy in inventory holding. The improved traceability of all transactions has also reduced the finance team’s effort in reconciling returns as a whole.
