Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month
Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.

Please note that Shopify manages billing and payments for the app, including the free trial period. Charges are automatically applied immediately after the 15-day trial period ends. Upon reviewing your case, we found that the app was first installed on your store on November 12th, 2023, and uninstalled on January 22nd, 2024, which was after the free trial period had expired. When you reinstalled the app on July 3rd, 2024, the free trial had already ended, resulting in the charges incurred. We hope this clarifies the situation.
We have also processed a refund for your most recent transaction to ensure your satisfaction.
Our intention in reaching out via email and call was to assist you in setting up the app and streamlining your shipping process. We respect your preference for email communication and will ensure that all future communication with you is conducted via email.
