Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month
Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.
the customer support team was wonderful and helped a lot. the app makes shipping stress a lot easier.
